So here I am again.

last post I was telling about the intensity of our desire and the effect of intensity on the success rate of reaching our goal.

Now in the case of pursuit in occult sciences, the goal post was never there it is just that we move along and make constant progress in an unending journey.


So how do start the journey?

There is no physical guru in our case! then what ?

In such an eventuality, look for a good meditation program. There are lot available on the net as well in your own surrounding. In my case I went in for inner engineering  from ISHA Foundation. I suggest you go in for some kind of structured program on meditation and then superimpose the procedures with what ever knowledge you get out of books and then finally contemplate what next to do in a silent atmosphere. You will get then an idea on what next if you intensely think about that.

What I decided on the next course of practice may not be suitable for others. The practice is person specific.

How ever I can tell few things on figuring out whether the practice is having problem on your physical health or not.

When you are doing the practice, if you get boils on the anus hole then it implies that the place where you sit for meditation or the diet you take or the posture in which you do the meditation could be unsuitable to you.

Change the asana to sukhasana.

after meditation stay in savasana for atleast 2 minutes.

Take deep and slow breath when in savasana.

Soak overnight four seeds of fenugreek in plain drinking water then next day morning take these seeds with one teaspoon of plain yougart in empty stomach. Stop your practice for 3 days. after three days you can see for yourself that there is no more discomfort in the anus hole region.

If you get headache or heaviness on head as if you are wearing a very heavy hat or helmet.


This means your blood is rushing into your brain due to certain faculties getting opened up and the blood vains are not having eneough capacity.

Whenever such feelings arise, discontinue the practice for the day, go for savasana and stay still with deep and slow breathing till you feel normal.

Do the same practice the next day.

Over few days time you will notice that you can practice longer and longer and at one point most possibily with in a week you will get rid of the heaviness.

If you get sexual arousal,

Try to focus on the base of your spine, if still the arousal comes every time you sit on meditation, keep a pillow or some raised platform below your buttocks then do meditation. It will work. because you are not supposed to get sexual arousal while meditating.
